Vice President of Client Services
SCA Direct is looking for an experienced Vice President, Client Services to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This position is responsible for developing and managing teams that deliver superior account management and service to the client for the development of strong partnerships. The position will also manage and build this service area to include creating and articulating functional roles and expectations, hiring, training and managing staff, management of account profitability, staff allocation by client and developing management tools and standards. This position will collaborate with department leads across the organization in developing best practices in process, program delivery, product development, execution and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have strong client service skills, be able to work integrally with other team members to develop and execute client programs and strategies. Creative thinkers are appreciated. Job requirements: 10+ years of direct marketing experience. Strong management experience in working with multiple account teams.
